The application period is now open until 20. April 2026!

To apply for SQL26, please fill out the form below!
Each participant must apply with a short abstract for a scientific contribution (by default a poster; additionally, it is possible to indicate interest in being considered for a talk upgrade).
Please note, that an application is not yet a final registration, as we will most likely not be able to accept all contributions, unfortunately, because of the strictly limited capacity on the ship.
This also requires an early application, review, confirmation, and registration process with a timeline as follows:

20. April 2026: Submission deadline of an application with a short abstract (mandatory for all participants!)
11. May 2026: Review of the applications, confirmations to the applicants
25. May 2026: Final registration deadline
31. July 2026: Payment of conference fees

Costs:
Total: 980 € or 780 € consisting of
1. Conference fee including full board and beverages: 620 €
2. Accommodation: 360 €  (per person in single cabin) or 160 € (per person in twin bed/double bed cabin – you have to find/agree with some other participant to share a cabin!)
Note that, the conference fee and accommodation costs have to be paid before 31. July 2026, to be able to attend the conference.

On request and depending on free capacity, it is possible for partners to travel at a reduced rate for full board and beverages – please note your interest in this regard in the comments field below. If you have any questions, please send us a message.

We implemented a SQL Community forum for all applicants – both for organizational SQL26 matters (e.g. roommate search) and as a platform for exchange, discussion of the latest publications, job postings and more. When filling out the application form, you can automatically create an SQL community account for this purpose.
If you will not be attending SQL26 but would still like to register for the SQL Community forum, please send an email to marthe.zeja@physik.hu-berlin.de.
