The add-ons below will be included in your conference invoice, issued after the registration period closes on 31 May 2026 — provided the minimum number of participants is reached.

    3-course lunch on the ship + luggage drop-off (9 November)

    €25 per person (beverages included) · will only be organised if enough participants sign up!

    Feel free to leave your luggage on the ship so you can explore the city afterwards without it.

    Guided tour of Cologne Cathedral (9 November afternoon)

    €10 per person · private guided tour in English, 60 minutes · will only be organised if enough participants sign up!

    Roommate (double cabin only — leave blank if you have a single cabin):

    * I confirm that I have either been assigned a single cabin or have a confirmed cabin partner. I understand that if I do not have a confirmed cabin partner by the end of the registration period, my registration may be cancelled.

    * I confirm that my application details and cabin assignment (as stated in the acceptance email) are correct, and commit to attending SQL26 (9–13 November 2026).
